The website TheLondonHelicopter.com is owned and administrated by Jet Helicopters Ltd. to direct enquiries for helicopter charter and for seat bookings and gift vouchers for flights on helicopter sightseeing flights to relevant helicopter operators

Booking and Payment is handled via 3rd party systems which individually meet the criteria of “Data Controller”. They are responsible for collecting, storing and processing data collected from users of the websites in the course of doing business

Jet Helicopters Ltd. does enable customers to make charter enquiries direct to a selection of aircraft charter providers who will answer the enquiries directly

We retain this information for 7 years in line with our financial records responsibility

We will not use any of the data collected during the enquiry process for regular marketing purposes
